* both player characters and NPCs are allowed; there are no claims. anyone can play anyone. you want a circle of twenty logans pining after jenna? do it

* AUs are allowed, tho please note when it is an AU. You may AU the GW2 NPCs wow that was too many acronyms???
* for the moment, GW2 characters only, though you can bring in characters AU'd into Tyria, because I know you have some asshole named Spruce Wayne or something
